Our Veterans and families deserve the best available Resources available.  Because our Resources are Qualified, we can ensure they receive the best and we are proud of this!

A Qualified Resource must meet criteria and be evaluated and then monitored to become and maintain their status as a Qualified Resource.

Our Qualified Resource Program is comprised of a team of conventional and non-conventional resources to address the individual needs of Veterans and their families, such as mental health, addiction management, transportation, VA benefits, and many more.

    Veteran Transportation Service
    Service Description

    Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) has created a very user friendly system eliminating problems, and giving drivers quick access and easy scheduling. All of our vehicles are equipped with wheel chair lifts and have easy access.

    Is an active network transportation service that works alongside transportation service providers below:
    • Veterans Service Organization's (VSOs)
    • Community and commercial transportation providers
    • Federal, state and local government transportation services
    • Disabled American Veterans (DAV)

    The Travel Coordinators:
    Are courteous, efficient, timely and knowledgeable about scheduling and finding locations using state of the art GPS programs. We make it easy to
    arrive at your appointments on time!

    The Drivers:
    Have vast amounts of training, experience, and are very respectful of your condition and physical needs. They are trained and certified in First Aid, CPR also ADE (Automated External Defibrillators].

    We provide service to the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, Loveland and Fort Collins Clinics and VA approved medical appointments.

    At Visiting Angels, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate, highly trained, and carefully background-checked caregivers who support our clients with the daily activities that help them live safely and comfortably at home.

    In partnership with the Veterans Administration, we’re honored to offer home care services at no cost to qualifying Veterans. Our team can guide you through the VA process to determine your eligibility and help you access the benefits you deserve.

    Our services include personal care, assistance with showering and grooming, help with transfers, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and friendly companionship. We strive to bring comfort, dignity, and brighter days to every home we serve.

    Service Description

    The Back Home SSVF Program is a Housing-First program designed to deliver case management, temporary financial assistance, and other support services (such as employment/education assistance) to Veteran families. Examples of services provided include:
    ● Case management
    ● Housing search counseling/assistance
    ● Education/employment counseling
    ● Temporary financial assistance (limited as indicated by VA depending upon the type)
    ● Advocacy
    ● Referrals to community resources

    Our services are designed to "prevent and resolve homelessness".

    To receive supportive services under the SSVF program, you must be:
    1. A Veteran
    2. Extremely low income
    3. Homeless or at immediate risk of becoming homeless
